Jack AI Customer Experience Snapshot

Captain Jason consistently delivers exceptional fishing results, with customers landing impressive catches like 38-inch red snappers weighing over 26 pounds, along with grouper, beeliners, lane snappers, triggers, and Spanish mackerel. Multiple families report limiting out on their targeted species, with Jason's expertise shining through as he adapts to conditions—staying out later when fish are stubborn and putting guests on consistent action throughout six-hour trips. Jason and his wife Jennifer create a welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home on their spotless boat. They excel with first-time saltwater anglers and kids, taking time to explain everything clearly and ensuring young guests feel confident and comfortable. Customers consistently mention their professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality, with many families booking return trips after memorable experiences that include wildlife sightings of dolphins and manatees.

Trip - Extended Half Day Guided Fishing Trip In Panama City, FL - Grouper, Amberjack And More on June 26, 2026

Captain Jason provided a wonderful day. I have nothing you can do about excessive dolphin stealing your catch! Great day, a lot of fun, a lot of fish. Highly recommend.

The Captain and crew were awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to catch a few fish each and see dolphins on our two hour trip.

Jason and his wife were fantastic hosts and really know their stuff. We left early and stayed out later than planned since the fish were a bit stubborn, but it paid off—we came back with plenty! We’ll definitely book with them again.

We booked a trip with Jason and Reel Steel for our son’s 14th birthday, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, Jason and his crew were professional, welcoming, and helpful. Since it was our first time fishing deep saltwater, Jason took the time to guide us through everything and made sure our son felt comfortable and confident. We caught several nice fish—some we were able to keep and some we released—but every catch was exciting. Jason made the whole trip fun and memorable, and we can’t wait to book with Reel Steel again!

We booked a trip with Captain Jason as a surprise birthday gift for our son, uncle, and nephew—and they came back raving about the experience! From the moment they stepped aboard, they felt welcomed and well taken care of. The crew explained everything clearly, kept the boat spotless, and impressed us with their knowledge, friendliness, and hospitality. We couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out and highly recommend Captain Jason and his team!
