Me and my two boys had never been fishing before, and the crew made everything easy. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We caught a lot of fish and had a great time. If you’re new to being on the water, I’d recommend taking seasickness medicine just in case.

I’ve taken four other charters over the years, and none of them compare to the incredible experience my family and I had with Reel Steel Charters. We landed a 38-inch, 26.7 lb red snapper, a 29-inch, 19.4 lb red snapper, along with plenty of other species. If you’re looking for a truly unforgettable fishing trip, this is the charter for you. Jason and his wife were fantastic hosts and really know their stuff. We left early and stayed out later than planned since the fish were a bit stubborn, but it paid off—we came back with plenty! We’ll definitely book with them again.

Great trip! We caught some nice fish and even hooked a few that were too big for us to bring in, but the challenge made it even more fun. Our kids had an amazing time. The captain and his wife made us feel appreciated and treated us with outstanding care.

We booked a trip with Jason and Reel Steel for our son’s 14th birthday, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, Jason and his crew were professional, welcoming, and helpful. Since it was our first time fishing deep saltwater, Jason took the time to guide us through everything and made sure our son felt comfortable and confident. We caught several nice fish—some we were able to keep and some we released—but every catch was exciting. Jason made the whole trip fun and memorable, and we can’t wait to book with Reel Steel again!
